Upload the offer on the website as one (1), legible PDF attachment in this order:

RPA (16 Pages) – Offer is on current CAR RPA forms.
Finance Terms on page 1 to be fully completed
Copy of Earnest Money Deposit Check (minimum 3% of the purchase price)
Proof of Funds (for down payment, if financed, or full purchase price, if cash)
Direct Lender Approval/Qualification Letter
Direct Lender Cross-Qualification Letter (if applicable)
Articles of Incorporation (clearly state full names of company members and be signed by an authorized officer) to buyer who is an LLC or Corporation
Representative CapaciSignature Disclosure (for Buyer Representatives)
