My experience with Virginia Guest and her staff at Luxhabitat International Realty was nothing but amazing. They sold my home in Palos Verdes, CA. for a great price, and then found me a beautiful estate in Bel Air. I could not be more pleased. During the whole process, Virginia was the ultimate professional, knowledgeable, caring, and kind. Her understanding of the real estate market, and her negotiating skills were outstanding. The fact that Luxhabitat can market globally and works directly with foreign realtors and buyers was a big plus for me.

Some years ago I had a terrible experience with a realtor, which redefined the words “conflict of interest.” His misrepresentation cost me nearly everything I had, and it took me years to recover. Needless-to-say, I was hesitant to get involved with a real estate agent when it came time for us to shop for a home. Then I was recommended Virginia, president of Luxhabitat International Realty.
From the beginning, it was clear that Virginia knew her stuff. She listened to our wants, needs, and concerns, and then counseled and educated us on the best neighborhoods to achieve our goals. Never once did she take us to a property that didn’t meet our criteria nor did she give us a sense that she was serving any other agenda than our own. Given my previous experience, I found this very refreshing!
She patiently worked with us for months. When we found a place that we thought might be “the one,” she showed tenacity to get us in to see the property. Initially it appeared we were being stonewalled, but after two weeks of diligent calling, emailing, and texting by Virginia and her staff, we got an appointment. Our hunch was right, and we fell in love with the place. After we made an offer, Virginia then had to navigate the challenging personalities that sat on the other side of the table with sellers in the midst of a hostile divorce. She proved to be not only a consummate professional, but also a very skilled diplomat. Had she not been, there was a very good chance our deal may have fallen apart. Virginia prevailed, and we got a wonderful home at an enviable price!

I’ve bought four houses in my life, three in England and one here in the US. This was by far the easiest to purchase, all due to Virginia Guest and her staff.
At the outset she listened to my needs and made suggestions based on what might work for me. This made the search for a house far easier. I even looked in areas I never thought of looking and eventually found the house for me.
I felt that Virginia was on my side, looking out for my best interests and not after a quick sale.
